Senior Corporate Associate – Athens (M&A, Real Estate & Hospitality)

The successful candidate will take a hands‑on role in deal execution and client-facing work across the real estate and hospitality sectors, collaborating with international teams and supervising junior lawyers. • Qualified to practise Greek law; England & Wales qualification an asset
• 4–8 years post‑qualification experience with a strong M&A/corporate focus
• Proven experience on real estate and hospitality transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial skills; experience managing due diligence and cross‑border deals
• Fluent in Greek and English; ability to work effectively in an international team
