Established UK corporate team is seeking a Senior Associate to be based in Birmingham (hybrid). The role offers substantial transactional exposure across M&A, private equity investments and exits, equity capital markets work, joint ventures and reorganisations, with opportunities to take ownership of matters and work towards partnership progression.

The successful candidate will join a busy, supportive corporate practice that provides structured training, technical support and a strong precedent bank. You will play a market-facing role in the Midlands, mentor junior lawyers and be encouraged to develop client relationships and business development activity locally.

Minimum c.5 years' PQE in corporate/M&A transactional work
Proven ability to manage and progress deals, with experience supervising junior team members
Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and client-facing confidence
Motivated to build local market relationships and contribute to business development
