Senior Corporate Associate — M&A & Private Equity, Los Angeles

Top-tier corporate team in Los Angeles is seeking a senior associate with proven M&A and private equity experience to join a high-volume, global transactional practice. The role focuses on deal execution across buyouts, carve-outs, and other complex transactional work for sophisticated investors and corporates.

Successful candidates will work on multi‑jurisdictional transactions alongside senior deal teams, advising on structuring, negotiation and closing mechanics while coordinating with finance, tax, and regulatory specialists. The position offers exposure to large, market-leading mandates and a platform for continued career development in a global practice.

• Minimum of 5 years' transactional experience in mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity.
• Demonstrated track record on complex deal execution, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Comfort working on cross‑functional, multi‑jurisdictional teams and handling high‑pressure deadlines.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
