Apply in confidence →12-month, full-time (hybrid) role based in Melbourne supporting a major international law firm’s flexible legal-resourcing arm. You will provide commercial, transaction-focused advice across infrastructure and transport matters, working on complex rail, roads, energy and related projects.
The role requires hands-on support for contractual frameworks, project governance, approvals and executive-level decision-making. You will work autonomously and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage legal and commercial risk and deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in corporate and infrastructure law
- Experience in complex infrastructure/transport transactions (rail, roads, energy or similar)
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation and drafting skills; ability to provide executive-focused strategic advice
- Experience with project governance, approvals and risk management frameworks
- Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
