Senior Corporate M&A Associate — Tampa (Florida)

Senior-level associate role on a busy corporate/M&A team based in Tampa (option to consider Fort Lauderdale candidates). The team handles sophisticated domestic and cross-border acquisitions, representing corporate buyers, sellers and private equity clients across a range of industries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading transactions from diligence through closing, negotiating and drafting principal transaction documents, coordinating with tax, regulatory and finance specialists, supervising junior lawyers and serving as a primary client contact on strategic deal issues. The role offers exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional deals and collaboration across a global platform.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 6–8+ years of corporate transactional/M&A experience at a major law firm
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently and to lead deal teams
• Strong drafting, negotiation, client-management and mentorship skills
• Preferred: significant cross-border and private equity deal experience
