Senior Counsel — Insurance Coverage Litigation, Los Angeles

Experienced insurance coverage litigator sought for a senior counsel role in the Los Angeles office of a leading international firm. The role focuses on representation of insurers in complex commercial litigation, coverage disputes under general and professional liability policies, consumer class actions, and bad faith litigation.

The position requires an attorney who can manage a significant docket independently, contribute to litigation strategy from pretrial through trial, supervise junior lawyers and paralegals, and maintain direct client contact with senior insurer representatives. Strong writing, analytical and courtroom skills are essential.

• Admission to practice in California and active bar membership
• 10+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience, including commercial general liability and professional liability matters
• Experience in state and federal courts and defending or managing class-action matters
• Proven research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; strong mentor/management capabilities
• Comfort interacting with senior in-house counsel and insurer executives; ability to handle multiple time-sensitive matters
