Senior Counsel, Insurance Coverage Litigation — Seattle

Senior Counsel position on a national insurance coverage litigation team based in Seattle. The role focuses on advising insurers on first- and third-party coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, and defending coverage and bad‑faith matters across Washington and other U.S. jurisdictions.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include legal research and drafting (coverage opinions, memoranda, pleadings, discovery, motions and briefs), managing matters and deadlines, participating in depositions/hearings/mediations, and regular client and opposing‑counsel engagement.

• Admission to practice in Washington State.
• Experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation, or commercial litigation with a demonstrated interest in coverage work.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.

• Effective problem solving and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
