Senior Counsel, Product Liability Litigation — Los Angeles (also SF / Irvine)

Seeking a Counsel-level litigator to join a product liability team handling automotive, aviation and consumer warranty matters. The role involves all phases of litigation from initial pleadings through trial support, with opportunities to take depositions, argue motions and participate in mediations.

The team represents manufacturers, insurers and other commercial clients in complex state and federal litigation. This is an opportunity for a proactive, strong writer who can manage discovery teams, draft substantive motion work and contribute to strategy in high‑stakes matters.

• Active admission to the California bar.
• Substantial civil litigation experience — discovery, law & motion and motion drafting.
• Experience with California Lemon Law and warranty statutes (e.g. Song‑Beverly, Magnuson‑Moss).
• Proven deposition and courtroom experience; comfortable supporting trials.
• Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills; strong time management and organizational ability.
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple, time‑sensitive matters and handle confidential/sensitive issues.
