Experienced tax lawyer role in a leading international practice, advising on cross-border transactional, advisory and contentious matters. The team delivers integrated support across tax, employment, incentives and pensions, working closely with corporate, finance, restructuring and disputes colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

Work includes technical tax advice on M&A, funds, finance, real estate and tax controversy, and involvement in high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters for institutional and corporate clients. The role offers regular client contact, opportunities for business development and visible, multidisciplinary exposure.

The team supports hybrid working (minimum c.50% office attendance) and provides structured training, mentoring and development to progress technical and commercial skills.

Qualified lawyer with substantial UK tax experience gained in a top-tier City environment.
Strong technical knowledge across international and domestic tax (experience in one or more of M&A, funds, finance, real estate or tax contentious work).
Excellent analytical and communication skills, commercial awareness and ability to work on multi-jurisdictional teams.
Proven client-facing skills and appetite for business development, thought leadership and relationship management.
