An experienced employment lawyer is sought to join a market-leading international employment team in London. The role offers substantial exposure to high‑profile litigation and strategic advisory work across contentious and advisory employment matters, with regular involvement in cross‑border projects and large‑scale restructurings.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, executive appointments and separations, restrictive covenant and business‑protection matters, and multi‑jurisdictional compliance projects. The role gives senior associates significant client contact, responsibility for their own matters, and opportunities to contribute to business development and team know‑how.

6–8 years PQE in employment law, with solid training in a City or international firm environment.
Proven experience of complex employment litigation and advisory work, including restrictive covenant/injunction matters and restructuring projects.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client‑handling skills; commercial, pragmatic approach.
Comfortable working on cross‑border matters and collaborating with other practice areas and international teams.
Enthusiasm for business development, training/knowledge sharing, and contributing to team growth.
