Join a nationally recognised UK employment practice on a growing Manchester team. The role offers a mix of contentious and advisory work, including employment tribunal litigation, complex restructures and TUPE, executive severance/settlement matters, HR advisory and workplace investigations.

You will work with a varied client base (SMEs through PLCs across retail, manufacturing, financial services and facilities) in a collaborative team, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development and training initiatives. Flexible hybrid working and wellbeing support are offered as part of the firm’s colleague programmes.

5–6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
Proven tribunal litigation and advisory experience, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE.
Strong technical ability, caseload management and commercial awareness.
Line management or supervisory experience and a willingness to support junior development.
