Join a leading employment team delivering a mix of fixed-fee helpline work, project litigation and client secondments. The role offers permanent employment with flexible working patterns — from part-time home-based helpline shifts to periods on client secondment in mainly London-based offices.

This is a collaborative, supportive environment with no personal billing targets. You will handle volume Employment Tribunal work, helpline advice and occasional secondments for large corporate clients across diverse sectors. The team provides IT support, professional development and integration into the wider employment practice.

Minimum 6 years' PQE in UK employment law
Qualified UK lawyer with a current UK practising certificate or overseas equivalent
Strong practical experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and day-to-day employment advisory work
Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills; comfortable with flexible/part-time patterns and client secondments
Proficient with MS Office; ability to work from a home-office setup as required
