We are seeking a senior employment lawyer to join a multidisciplinary office in Saint-Brieuc. You will provide day-to-day advisory work, assist clients in employment litigation and deliver occasional training sessions.

The role serves a diverse client base including large groups, SMEs, public bodies and not-for-profit organisations. You will work closely with colleagues across tax, corporate and other teams and benefit from the firm's technical resources and continuing training.

The office offers hybrid work arrangements and a collaborative small-team environment with opportunities to take on responsibility quickly.

Admitted to the French bar with confirmed experience in employment (droit social)
Proven advisory and contentious employment law experience (individual and collective issues)
Experience preparing and delivering trainings is a plus
Strong client-facing, drafting and teamwork skills; French fluency
