Senior employment lawyer role in Sydney advising on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters for multinational and local clients. The role covers internal investigations, workforce conduct issues, large‑scale restructurings, employment due diligence for transactions, and drafting employment documentation and policies.

The team advises across a range of sectors (including energy, transport, mining & resources, construction, insurance, financial services and technology) and acts on complex litigation, settlement negotiations and cross‑jurisdictional matters by coordinating with regional correspondent firms. The position offers exposure to immigration advice and support for corporate transactions.

Proven employment law experience handling contentious and non‑contentious matters, including investigations and large‑scale restructurings.
Experience at a large international or top‑tier regional firm preferred.
Strong drafting skills (contracts, handbooks, policies, settlement agreements) and experience with employment due diligence and transactional support.
Confident client engagement, ability to work with regional counsel, and a proactive approach to business development; team‑oriented and adaptable.
