Senior Finance Associate — Structured/Asset‑Backed Finance, New York

Seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join a global finance team in New York focused on asset‑backed and structured finance transactions. • Minimum 5 years' relevant post‑qualifying experience in asset‑backed/structured finance.

• Proven ability to manage deal components and supervise associate teams; strong client‑facing and interpersonal skills.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar; strong academic credentials and prior Big Law experience preferred.
