Senior-role within a busy UK inbound immigration team in London, advising a broad corporate client base from multinational groups to SMEs. The role is primarily transactional, handling sponsored work visa applications and wider UK immigration compliance, with opportunities to contribute to business development, government liaison and pro bono initiatives.

You will manage a personal caseload, act as a client-facing point of contact, and work with senior colleagues to deliver strategic, practical immigration advice. The role includes mentoring junior staff, involvement in client meetings and training, and responsibility for time recording and billing.

Experience in UK inbound corporate immigration, with particular exposure to sponsored work visas (UK-qualified solicitor status likely but not essential)
Proven client-facing skills and ability to develop client relationships
Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration and right-to-work/compliance issues
Highly organised, accurate, able to manage a full caseload and work independently and in teams
Good commercial awareness, resilience and excellent communication skills
