The position emphasizes coverage analysis, drafting coverage opinions, dispositive motions and pleadings, and managing discovery in contested insurance litigation. The team provides formal business development and mentoring support and opportunities for secondments within the firm’s global network.

Minimum of 7 years' relevant insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience
Proven experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions; handling discovery in complex matters
Experience taking or defending depositions and appearing in court helpful
Admission and good standing in the Pennsylvania or New Jersey bar; additional state admissions a plus
