Seeking a senior-level labor & employment associate to join a busy Atlanta practice team. The role focuses on employment-related litigation and counseling for a broad client base, with frequent trial work nationwide.

Typical matters include trials and contested hearings, wage & hour issues (classification, compliance), leave-of-absence counseling, separations and restrictive covenant matters, and policy review and preventative advice.

6–8 years of post-qualification experience in labor & employment litigation
Significant trial and contested-hearing experience
