Join a global corporate legal team’s Digital Legal Delivery group in Johannesburg, supporting delivery of high-volume and complex corporate work through process design, legal project management and technology. The role combines hands-on corporate and commercial drafting/review with implementing contract-management, document automation and AI-enabled due diligence workflows.

You will supervise and develop junior lawyers and legal analysts, scope and run matters, contribute to pricing and matter management, and work alongside legal technologists to increase efficiency and standardisation across transactional and commercial matters. There will be opportunities to support pitches and business-development activities.

Qualified lawyer in South Africa (other common-law qualifications considered; willingness to requalify where required).
Minimum of 3 years PQE, with the majority of experience in corporate/commercial work (exceptions considered with supporting statement).
Proven experience supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners.
Interest or experience in legal technology, document automation and AI-assisted workflows (desirable).
