Principal Associate — Corporate, London

Senior role for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a busy London corporate team. The role involves leading complex corporate matters including M&A, private equity transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and corporate governance work.

You will run transactions from inception to completion, manage due diligence and transactional documentation, and act as a client-facing lead on commercial and company law matters. The role includes mentoring and supervising more junior lawyers and contributing to business development activity.

• Established track record in M&A, private equity and corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills.
• Proven experience supervising and developing junior lawyers.
• Comfortable managing multiple matters and working on cross-border transactions.
