Associate - Corporate, London

An established corporate team in central London is recruiting an Associate to support mid-market M&A, general transactional work and corporate governance matters. The role offers exposure to a mix of sell-side and buy-side transactions, corporate reorganisations and ongoing company law advice for a range of UK and international clients.

The post sits in a collaborative, partner-led team with regular client contact and opportunities to take increasing responsibility on deals. The team supports professional development through on-the-job training and mentorship.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent qualification
• Experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions and corporate governance matters
• Strong drafting skills for transactional documents and commercial agreements
• Ability to manage parts of deals, liaise with clients and work effectively in small teams
