Seeking a high-performing Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join a national corporate team. The role offers hybrid working from the firm's London or Birmingham offices and is focused on transactional ECM work, public M&A and corporate governance across a broad range of sectors.

You'll advise corporates, banks, brokers and major shareholders on primary and secondary securities offerings on UK and international exchanges, and take ownership of day-to-day transaction management while working closely with senior lawyers. The position offers structured training, strong technical support and clear progression opportunities within an established national practice.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in equity capital markets or related corporate practice
Experience advising on ECM transactions, public M&A and securities offerings (UK and international)
Proven ability to manage transactions and take ownership of matters
Strong technical drafting, commercial judgement and negotiation skills
Comfort mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development
