Senior commercial lawyer role within a dedicated technology-focused team supporting a single large client via virtual working. The role centres on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, technology and outsourcing contracts, and providing pragmatic commercial advice across supplier and operational agreements.

The team combines legal, technical and operational specialists and works closely with the wider Technology/Media/Telecoms practice and the client’s in-house legal function. This is an opportunity for a 5+ PQE lawyer seeking greater ownership of contract work, flexible hours and an alternative client-secondment style experience.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE
Strong experience in commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing agreements; IP exposure desirable
Advanced drafting and legal research skills
Experience in either private practice, in-house, or both; comfortable working alongside an in-house legal team
Excellent communication, client-service focus, organisation and attention to detail; able to prioritise to tight deadlines
