- Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) — combined top-tier private practice and/or in-house experience preferred
- Practical experience advising on corporate governance and general corporate commercial matters
- Ability to work autonomously on secondment/in-house style engagements and to build trusted client relationships
- Strong collaboration, commercial judgment and a client-first mindset
