Join a leading national law firm's flexible talent pool as Senior Legal Counsel based in Perth. This role is for experienced corporate/transactional lawyers interested in interim, secondment and flexible engagements across private and public sector matters.

You will advise on general corporate and commercial issues, procurement and IT contracts, privacy/data protection, construction and property matters, regulatory and employment law as required, and work with diverse internal teams and external clients on project-based assignments.

Minimum 5 years PQE, with top-tier firm and/or in-house/secondment experience preferred
Experience in corporate/commercial transactional work; exposure to procurement, IT, privacy, construction, property, regulatory or employment law advantageous

Proven ability to collaborate in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varied engagements
