The role offers significant case management responsibility from intake through trial or resolution, with regular exposure to depositions, motion practice, hearings, discovery strategy and client counseling. The position is with a large, international firm known for its broad litigation platform.

5–10 years of litigation experience handling complex commercial matters
Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills; experience managing substantial litigation tasks independently
Proven experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery management and courtroom/hearing work
Admission to the Georgia bar or eligibility for near-term admission
Academic achievements (e.g., top law school performance, law review/moot court/trial team) preferred
