Senior Litigation Associate — Financial Services & Trusts & Estates, Los Angeles

Leading national practice seeks a senior litigation associate to join its Los Angeles litigation team handling financial services and trusts & estates disputes. You will work on complex commercial and appellate matters with exposure to both regional and cross‑jurisdictional clients.

The role involves drafting pleadings and appellate briefs, managing traditional and electronic discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in state and federal courts. Team members collaborate on fact development, motion practice, and oral advocacy in high‑stakes matters.

• Minimum 6 years litigation experience with significant financial services and trusts & estates matters
• Strong appellate experience preferred
• Excellent research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; prior mid‑ to large‑firm experience preferred
• Experience with pleadings, briefs, discovery (including e‑discovery), and depositions; courtroom experience in state and federal courts
• Good standing with the California Bar; federal clerkship and law review experience a plus
