Experienced corporate lawyer wanted for a senior role in a busy M&A practice based in Luxembourg. You will handle domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and corporate reorganisations for a diverse client base.

At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A at a law firm
Law degree; additional LLM from a US or UK university would be an asset
Fully qualified lawyer (admitted to practise)

Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and excellent communication/teamwork skills
