Apply in confidence →A senior-level role within a nationally operating Commercial Dispute Resolution team, based in Bristol with hybrid working. The position focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation with a particular emphasis on pensions litigation and related employee benefits disputes.
You will join a well-regarded disputes team and work closely with senior lawyers across the firm’s national network. The role combines casework management with client-facing advisory work, business development activity and contribution to team growth.
This is an opportunity for an experienced disputes lawyer to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of matters, mentor junior fee-earners and help develop the firm’s pensions litigation offering locally and nationally.
- Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution or related litigation practice
- Practical experience or specialism in pensions litigation and employee benefits disputes (including professional negligence and complex member complaints preferred)
- Proven technical ability, strong analytical and drafting skills, and the capacity to manage a varied caseload
- Commercial awareness, client-facing experience and an appetite for business development
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
