Senior/Managing Associate opportunity within a large UK financial services disputes and investigations team. The role offers exposure to high-value, complex banking and finance litigation, professional negligence, regulatory and fraud-related matters across multiple UK offices.

You will run a varied contentious caseload for financial institutions and payment service providers, supervise junior staff, provide commercial and strategic advice on disputes, and participate in business development and know‑how initiatives. The team provides structured training, flexible working and wellbeing support.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) currently operating at Senior/Managing Associate level
Proven experience running a caseload of financial services or property-related litigation with strong knowledge of the CPR and litigation process
Experience in secured lending, mortgage repossession or title rectification desirable; applications from candidates with recoveries or unsecured/secured debt experience considered
Demonstrable supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and commercial awareness with some business development exposure
