Join a national real estate practice as a Senior or Managing Associate within a market-leading Housing & Regeneration team. This is a client-facing role delivering complex affordable housing and residential development transactions for registered providers, developers and funders.

You will take day-to-day responsibility for a broad range of matters including affordable housing schemes, strategic land acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts and collaboration agreements, and leasehold/portfolio work for registered providers. The role requires clear commercial advice, strong project management and regular client contact.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with experience running real estate transactions independently
Strong background in residential development and/or affordable housing (housing & regeneration, s.106 and related structures)
Proven ability to lead client matters, manage multiple transactions and provide pragmatic commercial advice
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and contributing to business development
