Top-tier construction disputes team seeks a Senior/Principal Associate to advise on high-value, high-profile construction and engineering disputes across the UK and internationally. The role will involve work across sectors including infrastructure, transport, energy, residential development and major public projects, with frequent High Court and arbitration matters.

You will act for developers, contractors, funders, utilities and public sector clients on delay, defect, insurance-related and building-safety matters. The team often works on cross-jurisdictional and sector-focused disputes and collaborates with other specialist teams on complex mandates.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in construction dispute resolution or related engineering/construction litigation
Proven experience on High Court or international arbitration matters; strong drafting and advocacy skills
Commercial, pragmatic adviser comfortable dealing with clients and multi-disciplinary teams
Desirable: experience of Building Safety Act issues and insurance-related construction claims
Excellent time management, organisation, negotiation and communication skills
