Senior / Principal Associate opportunity within a national corporate team, focused on indirect real estate and investment structures. The role will sit on client teams working across M&A, private equity, joint ventures and group restructurings embedded in the real estate sector.

You will join a growing, collaborative team that handles national and cross-border work and works closely with senior colleagues on headline transactions. The position is available in Birmingham (with hybrid working) and offers hands-on transactional responsibility alongside structured support and development.

Substantial corporate transactional experience (M&A, private equity or related fields).
Experience or demonstrable interest in indirect real estate, joint ventures and investment structures; exposure to funds/LP/LLP/JPUT structures advantageous.
Ability to lead transactions with strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
Commercial judgement, client-focused approach and strong teamwork/relationship-building skills.
