Senior Product Liability Attorney — Brussels (Remote-eligible)

Experienced product liability attorney sought for a senior, non-partnership-track role with responsibility for defending manufacturers, suppliers and resellers in complex product-liability and toxic-tort matters. The role supports cross-border teams and coordinated litigation, including MDLs and multi-jurisdictional proceedings, and will work closely with trial and global coordinating counsel.

This is a remote-eligible position based in Brussels with substantial autonomy for case management, oversight of document review/production, briefing, and client-facing work. The team handles cases across industries including automotive, medical devices, consumer products, pharma, and connected/technology products.

• Minimum ~15 years' experience in product liability or commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases with a high degree of autonomy (MDL/coordinated proceedings experience preferred).
• Strong drafting skills (briefs, correspondence) and experience with written discovery and document collection/production.
• Knowledge of causation/failure analysis and familiarity with trial-level practice.
• Excellent oral and written communication and client-service skills.
• Active bar membership in your state of residence and admission in either Washington or California.
