Join a large international finance team based in Riyadh advising on project finance and banking matters across the MENA region and beyond. The group works on limited-recourse project financings, Islamic finance structures, bilateral and syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, restructurings, loan transfers and related financial products.

You'll work on high‑profile, cross‑border transactions for lenders, arrangers, sponsors and public-sector bodies, and benefit from a structured regional training programme and international secondment/training opportunities. The team emphasises a supportive, meritocratic culture with significant exposure to complex, market-leading mandates.

Established project finance and banking experience at a top-tier international or leading regional law firm.
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills; excellent academic record.
Fluent English; Arabic language ability is an advantage but not required.
Experience or exposure to Saudi law aspects of cross-border financings is desirable; genuine interest in working on Middle East transactions.
