Established international law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate to join its Dallas real estate team. The role involves handling complex commercial real estate development matters, acquisitions and dispositions, financings (representing borrowers and lenders) and leasing across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare and hospitality sectors.

The successful candidate will work on high-value transactions, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions, supervise junior lawyers and manage client relationships. The group offers a collaborative environment with a mix of domestic and cross-border work.

7+ years of real estate transactional experience (development, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing and/or financing)
Admitted to a US state bar and in good standing; admission in the office state expected if not already admitted
JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Proven drafting and negotiation skills (purchase & sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, declarations)
Experience closing acquisitions, sales and financing transactions and resolving title insurance issues
Demonstrated ability to supervise junior associates, manage workflow independently, and provide excellent client service and communication
