Growing national law practice seeks a Senior Real Estate Associate to join its Denver team. The role offers substantive, transaction-focused work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, with significant exposure to real estate finance, joint ventures, and complex purchase and sale transactions.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the pay range for this Colorado role is $365,000–$420,000 per year; actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.

J.D. from an accredited law school
5–7 years of substantive real estate transactional experience (real estate finance, joint ventures, lending and/or purchase & sale agreements)
Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and client-service skills
Admission to the Colorado bar or ability to waive in
Excellent academic credentials and comfort working on sophisticated, high-value matters
