Top-tier international law firm is seeking a senior-level real estate associate for the New York office. The role involves representation on real estate finance matters as well as transactional work across acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.

Ideal candidates will have recent experience acting for borrowers and lenders, with a focus in either debt or equity financings considered a plus. Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a peer firm are preferred. Listed salary range: $420,000 - $435,000.

Class years around 2018 through senior-level experience in real estate practice
Experience on real estate finance matters for borrowers and/or lenders
