Approximately 7 years of experience in real estate development or construction-related contract work
Proven drafting, review and negotiation skills for construction, design or development contracts
Strong academic record and excellent research, writing and communication skills
Comfortable working directly with clients and as part of a team
Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission; Spanish language ability is a plus
