Experienced real estate lawyer sought to join a national practice advising energy and natural resources clients on real estate aspects of projects and transactions. The role will handle site acquisitions, disposals, leases, rights and easements, and routine property due diligence supporting project delivery.

The team serves developers, funders and operators across renewables, infrastructure and extractive sectors; the role offers client-facing responsibility and involvement in cross-discipline matters with commercial and planning teams. The position is based in Bristol with activity in the Southampton area.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with several years' post-qualification real estate experience.
Demonstrable experience on real estate work for energy / natural resources clients (site acquisitions, leases, rights and easements, property due diligence).
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills; able to manage transactions and client relationships.
Comfortable working as part of multi-disciplinary project teams and liaising with planning, environmental and corporate colleagues.
