Experienced risk and compliance lawyer sought to lead and coordinate regulatory and internal compliance matters for a major Paris office of a leading international law firm. The role combines oversight of professional conduct rules, AML compliance and data protection coordination with practical in‑house legal support for local operations.

You will act as first point of contact for risk & compliance queries in Paris, liaise with global and regional teams, deliver training, interpret and implement legal requirements, and assist with engagement letters, NDAs, client onboarding and supplier/intra‑group agreements.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in France
Minimum 3 years' experience in risk & compliance within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience with national and cross‑border legal frameworks (AML, professional conduct, data protection)
Strong analytical skills, commercial judgement and excellent written and oral communication
Fluent in French and English
