Apply in confidence →Experienced structured finance lawyer sought for a US-based role supporting a national structured finance and securitization practice. The team advises banks, funds and other financial institutions on transactions involving trade receivables, mortgage/consumer assets, warehouse financings and asset-backed securities, often with cross-border or off‑balance sheet features.
The role will sit in Charlotte (hybrid options and candidates in other US offices may be considered) and involves drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, structuring financings, and coordinating with creditors, insurers and funders on complex intercreditor and funding arrangements.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in structured finance/securitization (trade receivables, supply‑chain finance, ABS, or mortgage/consumer asset securitizations).
- Experience on lender-side financings, warehouse facilities, or asset monetization transactions; capital markets experience is a plus.
- Strong drafting and transactional experience with cross-border or off‑balance-sheet features, intercreditor arrangements and related documentation.
- Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the U.S.
