Senior Tax Associate — London (Corporate/Transactional)

Law firm tax team in London is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to work on a broad mix of domestic and international corporate tax matters. The role will combine transactional M&A tax work with advisory, tax planning and disputes, and will suit a candidate with strong corporate tax experience and commercial judgment.

The team takes a multidisciplinary approach, working alongside tax advisors, accountants and economists to deliver complex tax modelling, transfer pricing and VAT/indirect tax work alongside traditional transactional tax and disputes matters. The role offers visible client-facing responsibility and involvement in business development initiatives.

• Qualified solicitor, chartered tax adviser or chartered accountant with strong UK corporate tax experience (from a leading law or accountancy firm)
• Extensive experience across tax planning/advisory and transactional tax (M&A) matters
• Excellent UK tax technical skills and the ability to communicate clear commercial advice
• Proactive, client-focused team player with business development interest and strong written and verbal communication
• Graduate degree (minimum 2:1) or equivalent
