Senior Transaction Lawyer — Private Equity, Frankfurt

Leading international corporate team in Frankfurt is hiring a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer with a focus on private equity transactions. The role sits in the Corporate/M&A group advising financial investors and corporates on cross-border buy- and sell-side deals, joint ventures and complex restructurings.

You will work on all phases of transactions, take a leading role in due diligence and project management, and use modern legaltech and project-management processes. The position involves regular client contact and close collaboration with other practice groups, project management and legal operations colleagues across jurisdictions.

• Law degree (e.g. Diplom/JD/LL.M. or equivalent) with strong academic record
• Fluent German and English (verbal and written)
• Experience or internships in Corporate/M&A, private equity transactions or due diligence projects
• Team player with strong project-management skills and interest in legal tech
