Senior Transactional Tax Associate — Los Angeles (Multi‑Office)

The ideal candidate has strong transactional tax experience, excellent legal research and drafting skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage complex deals collaboratively and independently. • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. state
• Approximately 5 years of transactional tax experience (M&A/private equity focus)
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices; comfort in a hybrid, fast‑paced environment
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similar environment preferred
