Join a national law firm’s specialist Asbestos & Occupational Disease team, working from Sheffield or Manchester on a varied litigation caseload. You will handle claims for clients with asbestos-related and other occupational respiratory conditions, working closely with colleagues across regional offices and supported by senior lawyers.

This role offers ownership of your own litigated files alongside opportunities to assist on higher-value or complex matters. The team is client-facing and values empathetic, high-quality advice delivered at difficult times for claimants and their families.

Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE and experience in asbestos/occupational disease litigation
Proven ability to manage a litigated caseload and support senior team members on complex matters
Strong client-facing skills with empathy and integrity; excellent oral and written drafting
Comfortable conducting detailed legal research and contributing to business development and referrer relationships
