0–4 years PQE, ideally with some exposure to serious personal-injury matters
Proven client-facing skills with empathy for vulnerable clients and families
Ability to manage your own caseload and support senior colleagues on complex/high-value matters
Commercial awareness and willingness to support business development and team growth; comfortable working from the office part of the week
