Join a commercial insurance team in Bristol handling a varied caseload of complex property-related insurance disputes. The role focuses on subrogated recoveries and policy coverage matters arising from first- and third-party property damage, product liability and related contested claims.

This is a full-time role with hybrid working flexibility and the opportunity to run your own matters within a regional practice. You will work alongside experienced insurance practitioners, support junior fee-earners, and contribute to efficient case management and client-facing service delivery.

Minimum 2 years PQE with demonstrable experience in insurance property damage recoveries and subrogation.
Practical experience of handling first- and third-party property damage, policy coverage issues and contested recoveries.
Ability to manage a personal caseload, prioritise to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
Strong technical legal judgment, effective stakeholder communication and willingness to coach junior team members.
