Join a busy, cross-office commercial real estate team handling development, corporate occupier and leasing matters for developers, corporate occupiers, funds and public bodies. The role can be based in Manchester (with opportunities to work across other UK offices) and offers exposure to national strategic projects as well as traditional investment and leasing work.

The team is expanding due to new mandates and increased instructions. You will receive structured supervision, work as part of dedicated client teams, and contribute to transactional matters that interact with planning, construction, procurement and corporate colleagues.

This is a hands-on role where strong technical drafting, commercial judgment and client-facing ability are expected. There are opportunities to support business development, contribute to knowledge sharing and help grow the practice.

2–5 years' PQE in commercial real estate (solicitor-qualified)
Experience at a national or regional firm advising on landlord & tenant, acquisitions/disposals and leasing
Well-developed due diligence, reporting and transactional drafting skills
Commercial perspective, strong technical ability and attention to detail
Comfortable working with limited supervision and aware of own limitations
Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development/client care
Confident communicator with strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing deadlines using case management systems
