A well‑established City practice is seeking a Solicitor / Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its busy construction disputes team. The role offers regular responsibility on contentious matters across adjudication, litigation, arbitration and ADR.

You will work closely with project teams and clients across the real estate sector, advising developers, contractors, subcontractors and owners on dispute strategy, risk management and enforcement of remedies. The team handles a mix of Building Safety Act‑related disputes, TCC litigation and high‑value adjudications.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–4 years PQE, with contentious construction experience preferred
Practical knowledge of adjudication, litigation (TCC) and arbitration processes
Strong drafting, analytical and client‑management skills
Commercial approach to dispute resolution and ability to run aspects of matters under supervision
